Enjoying the Con Finally

Well after I got done working today. I decided to take an hour or two to run around the Colorado Springs Comic Con to get a few pics. Well ended up getting a picture of myself in the Batmobile, a few Cosplayers all dressed up as characters I love and one of me with two smokin Harley Queen babes. Tomorrow going back with my girlfriend. So look for more stuff tomorrow.

Colorado Springs Comic Con 2017 Volunteering

So yesterday started my volunteer work for Colorado Springs Comic Con also known as Altered Reality Event Center. I really didn't know what to expect. Well got there bright and early and was put with Pauly Shore. That's right the Weasel himself. Needless to say I was actually excited about this. He was a pretty cool guy. A bit eccentric but not at all what I was expecting. We did a few Snapchat videos and I really enjoyed myself.

Today was the same. Was originally going to be working Billy Dee Williams table but Pauly Shore requested me again. So that really made my day. Things were a bit more hectic today than they were yesterday. But that is to be expected since it is a Saturday. But through out the last 2 days I've enjoyed myself. I don't care what people say about him. But it was a pleasure and so much fun to work with him. :)

And of course we razzed people all day and picked up babes.  So score.

Armin Cosplay

Ok. So it's been awhile since I've been on. Well guess what I'm back and boy am I excited. My wig for my Armin Arlert wig just got here. I'm so excited. I am finally ready for both Colorado Springs Comic Con and NDK. Need to learn how to wear it correctly and get a wig brush for it. But I am pretty much ready. Can't wait to hit these two Cons and get some awesome pictures to share with you all. Maybe even some videos. But this is so awesome.

Woot. Going to be volunteering at Colorado Springs Comic Con. I'll be there helping out and when I'm not working, you can catch me in my Scarecrow cosplay. I'm all kinds of excited to be able to volunteer. This will be my first big convention. So can't wait to see all the guest and cosplayers.

So started working on Armin's Speech. I had a lot of fun practicing it. Of course I'm not shouting it yet. But by the time NDK hits I'll be ready to shout the words just like Armin does. You can it out by clicking the ling above.

Preparing for NDK 2017 Part 1

Well NDK is coming up and I will be going. I am going to be trying to put together an Attack on Titan Armin cosplay. I really like Armin's character and he reminds me of me when I was younger. Scared of things, but willing to fight for what he believed in and for his friends. Without using violence. I just recently got my Survey Corp hoodie and will be getting the rest before NDK. I also plan on learning Armin's speech in the first season or close to it. This will be my first time going to NDK so I am a bit nervous and excited. I will add more post and pictures as the cosplay progresses.

Gambit Cosplay

Ok so once again I am going back a few years. Back to 2015 when I did my Gambit cosplay. I mean who doesn't love the Raging Cajun and I am no exception. Gambit is a very interesting character. From X-man to 4 Horsemen of Death. I didn't have much to work with but I did the best I could. I took a pair of gloves and cut off the fingers in order to make them look like his. Adding small lighting devices between my hands and the gloves. Of course I had to adjust the lights from time to time. The vest piece I brought off Amazon and sprayed it down to give it a metallic look. A long with a brown leather jacket (which I used for my Scarecrow Cosplay as well.), a pair of black jeans and knee pads. I think it came out really well and enjoyed creating the Raging Cajun cosplay I did.
